How to Easily Share Static Proxy Information-IPFoxy Help Center: Proxy Setup Guides

IPFoxy’s Static Dediacted Proxy Share Feature enables users to quickly and securely share proxy configurations with team members or partners — no need to send account credentials one by one. This greatly improves collaboration efficiency and ensures a standardized, secure way to distribute proxy information.

Best suited for：

Team leaders or project managers: Instantly generate shareable links or QR codes to distribute proxy settings and centrally manage access permissions.

Reseller or partnership use cases: Choose whether to display the IPFoxy brand logo and login entry — perfect for both internal and external sharing.

Temporary access scenarios: Each shared link includes an expiration period and content visibility limits to prevent data misuse.

1. Feature Guide

① Access the Share Panel

Go to your Dedicated Proxy Management page. When you select a specific proxy, a “Share” button will appear in the top menu bar.

② Choose Share Content & Display Style

A pop-up window will allow you to customize what information to share.

Default Proxy Card ： Displays IPFoxy logo and quick login button.
Simple Proxy Card : Hides logo and login button for a cleaner, brand-free view.

③ Generate and Share

Once confirmed, the system will generate a unique sharing link. Recipients can simply click the link to open the proxy details page.

2. Functional requirements

Each generated link remains valid for 3 days and will automatically expire after that.
A single share session supports up to 100 proxy records, displayed in multiple pages if necessary.
Within the same pop-up window, each link corresponds to the selected dataset — if you change the shared content, the link will refresh and update automatically.
